Bianca Neves is a first-generation Brazilian American from Katy, Texas. She received her Mechanical Engineering degree with a Minor in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. She is in her first rotation as a Trailer Platform Engineer at Thermo King Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, as part of Trane Technologies' Accelerated Development Program. Bianca has been working on improving product quality and reliability on the trailer platform and has contributed to new product development. Passionate about sustainability and inclusivity, she actively supports Trane Technologies' mission and advocates for diversity through employee resource groups like PRIDE and volunteerism.
