Sarah Hedberg is a Project Manager II at Mortenson, where she began her career as a Field Engineer after graduating from Purdue’s Construction Engineering & Management program in 2019 . She’s passionate about building strong teams and delivering impactful energy projects that contribute to a more sustainable and efficient grid.
Sarah is also a dedicated advocate for women in the workplace. As co-chair of Mortenson’s Women’s Business Resource Group, she’s helped expand engagement and support for women across the company. She thrives on connecting with other women leaders and creating a culture where women can succeed and grow.
