Trevor George is an engineering and leadership professional with 15 years of experience driving innovation and team success. He is the Global Connect Lead at Navico, a division of Brunswick Corporation, where he focuses on delivering integrated system solutions. Trevor holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, he is the Co-Lead of HeForSWE and an active participant in employee resource groups and DEI initiatives. His work advocates for greater representation and allyship in STEM, fostering inclusive environments for future generations of engineers. Recently published in a collaborative book about women in stem called Beyond The Pipeline.
