As a highly skilled and Senior Reliability Engineering Consultant for DuPont, LaJoia received two engineering awards while performing statistical analyses, reducing aggregate risks and optimizing asset management strategies for markets in agriculture, nutrition and health, titanium technologies, electronics and industries. She finds great reward in actively participating in the DuPont Women’s Network and DE&I Network while leading Global initiatives as the Global R&M Council Leader.
