Lisa Hutson is the owner, founder, and CEO of Cosawove Workwear™. In 2022, she set out to find a solution for Cargill team members who needed FR, ARC protection. While providing a solution for this challenge, she discovered that women were significantly underserved in the workwear and PPE space. From that exact moment, bridging the gap for women in workwear, footwear, and PPE has become her mission. The unwavering support of her husband and 5 children has given her the strength and confidence to keep driving change. She is determined to use business for the purpose of a greater good while ensuring women (and men too!) have proper fitting workwear to keep them safe at work.
