Erica Clerc has a Bachelor's degree in Food Process Engineering from Purdue University and over two decades of experience at Nestlé, Erica has held various roles that showcase her versatility and expertise. Currently serving a 1-year mission as a Quality Expert/Project Manager. Erica has also worked as a NUSA Supply Chain Project Manager, Purina NCE Generalist, Purina Operations Performance Project Leader, Manager Operations Improvement Team Lead and Member, Production Supervisor for Confections, Operations Management Trainee, and Summer Intern. This extensive experience across different functions and industries, combined with a strong educational background, equips Erica with valuable insights and perspectives on navigating and succeeding in non-traditional engineering roles.
