Sharon Connary, SHPR, SHRM-CP, is the HR Director for Saint-Gobain Research North America and CertainTeed R&D. Before joining Saint-Gobain in 2017, Sharon served as a Plant Manager for Trelleborg Pipe Seals in Milford, NH, for eight years. With over 30 years of experience, she has held roles in Human Resources, Finance, and Purchasing. Sharon holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Human Resources, earned a certificate in Manufacturing Excellence through Renault Consulting, and is a Certified Coach on Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate through Korn Ferry. In 2022, Sharon was honored with the Manufacturing Institute Step Ahead Award. She enjoys coaching employees and leaders to build teams that boost engagement, performance and profitability. She has developed programs that enhance employees skills for various levels of the organization, through training programs, gap analysis, coaching & mentoring, stretch assignments, internal mobility experiences, and a culture of continuous learning and community.
