Lisa Lufkin is the Operational Excellence & Sustainability Director at Saint-Gobain Life Sciences, where she has played a pivotal role in improving efficiencies across multinational business units for the past three years. With a robust career spanning 20 years, Lisa has held diverse roles in manufacturing, including supply chain, EHS, process engineering, manufacturing management, plant management, and operations leadership across two companies.



Having been with Saint-Gobain for 13 years, Lisa is an active member of the Women’s Network and serves as an advisor for the Ohio Career Network. She is passionate about empowering women through their career journeys, particularly in navigating critical career and personal transitions. Lisa brings a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring, having successfully guided numerous individuals, especially early-career mentees, in self-awareness, career discovery, planning, and managing critical conversations.
