For over 22 years, Holli has been driving cutting-edge technologies in medical device, consumer electronics, and footwear. Holli is currently an Innovation Director of Technical Program Management, responsible for delivering new footwear methods of make to Nike’s major factor partners to drive growth. Previously, Holli has been a program director delivering the Back to the Future MAG shoe and ADAPT BB proliferating the Nike’s autolacing franchise. Prior to Nike, Holli was an electrical engineer for Medtronic and Boston Scientific, designing implantable defibrillators and neuromodulation devices for pain management and deep brain stimulation. Holli holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. Holli has been an active member of SWE for the past 22 years holding various roles at the local and society levels. Holli is a wife and mother of two girls ages 12 and 8 and loves to travel, scrapbook, and is obsessed with brown bears.
