Maija Beckwith has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. She has three years of experience as a Product Engineer at 3M in Automotive Aftermarket Division. In her role she supports adhesives, sealants, and coatings used in the collision repair industry. She supports product continuity, management of change projects, and new product introductions. Maija has been involved in SWE since college. She currently serves as the co-lead of the Career Advancement Committee in 3M WIE (Women in Engineering), a new group formed at 3M in 2025.
