Tiffany Alexander graduated from Michigan Technological University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. She obtained her MBA from University of Wisconsin – River Falls concentrating on Strategic Leadership. Her career spans diverse project management roles, including a $1.2 billion greenfield construction project. She later became a plant process engineer, overseeing daily operations in a food manufacturing facility and leading capital projects in hazardous areas. Currently, Tiffany is a corporate project engineer, leading global deployments of new technologies. These roles have fostered her professional growth and exposed her to various career challenges. Tiffany is married with two young children and three dogs. Both she and her husband travel frequently for work, making the balance of professional and personal responsibilities a top priority in their household.
