Nicole is currently a site leader in the CertainTeed Roofing facility in Norwood, MA. Nicole has had over 15 years of management experience across 4 different operating locations and functional groups and has encountered opportunities to engage and lead over 1,000 different direct and indirect colleagues in that timeframe. She describes her management style as engaged and purpose driven and works to find ways of recognizing and addressing organizational gaps where systems can be more efficient. Her priority is assuring inclusion and engagement of all levels of the organization to capture all perspectives, in hopes of making the most meaningful impacts to the team and results. As a woman in manufacturing, she was often a minority in the facilities for which she supported and through her experience has found approaches to assure that other minorities in are given the same opportunities she has been given for career growth.
