Nichole Neal is a dedicated instructor and advisor committed to guiding the next generation of engineers. She has been with Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) since 2012, initially as an adjunct in the engineering and math department before becoming full-time faculty in 2017. As co-leader of the engineering program, she strives to create inclusive STEM environments where everyone feels valued. Nichole was honored with the SWE23 Outstanding Faculty Advisor of the Year award and was recently featured in the Winter 2025 issue of SWE Magazine, "Community College Educators Make a Difference." With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and construction industries, Nichole is married to her college sweetheart, an aerospace executive, and they have two young adult children pursuing STEM degrees.
