Rylee Rollins is an active Industrial Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, who is passionate about improving manufacturing systems and engaging young women into STEM fields. Rylee earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University in May 2024 and is a currently working on her MBA at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. While she was at Clemson, Rylee was the Vice President of the Clemson chapter of SWE from Fall of 2022 to Spring of 2024 and worked to plan events to enhance the chapter members' experience and empower members to build long lasting relationships. Rylee's passions from her collegiate SWE club followed her into her professional career, as she is now a 2025 WE session speaker and continues to be an active advocate for women in the STEM fields.
