Suzanne Opalka is currently a Continuous Improvement Lead at an aerospace and defense company. Prior to this role, she was an Operations Intern before returning full-time as an Industrial Engineer. Suzanne holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MS in Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Digital Transformation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Throughout her career, she has received accolades such as the Operations Engineering Above & Beyond Award and Tech Honors, awarded to the top 3% of her company's engineers. Suzanne enjoys helping new hires adjust to working full-time by serving as an ambassador to both interns and full-time hires. She also acts as the Campus Manager for WPI, acting as the liaison between students and her company. This includes attending career fairs, and planning events with organizations, such as the WPI SWE chapter.
