Kathy Krehnovi is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering. As the Director of Manufacturing Process Engineering at Rockwell Automation, she leads teams to develop manufacturing technology, tools, and standards, and improve global processes to boost productivity and efficiency. Kathy has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Operations & Security and Asia Pacific Regional Manager of Engineering Services, where she has driven strategic initiatives and fostered continuous improvement.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and is trained in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. She resides in Milwaukee, WI with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, curling, reading, and traveling. She is also an active volunteer with the Marcus Performing Arts Center.
