Darren Anglin is a dynamic leader and one of the youngest HR executives globally, currently serving as a Global HR Director at Johnson Controls. Darren began his career in marketing at ESPN before pivoting to Human Resources, a move that launched him into over a decade of experience spanning recruiting, talent development, and data-driven executive consulting across three Fortune 100 companies.
Passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, Darren has been nationally recognized for his impact. He was named to Advocate magazine’s prestigious 30 Under 30 list in 2023, The University of Georgia's 40 under 40 in 2025, and a Top 50 Inclusion Professional by the OnCon Awards in both 2024 and 2025, joining ranks with leaders from Microsoft, Walmart, Disney, Morgan Stanley, Netflix, and more.
When he’s not leading transformative HR initiatives or mentoring students, you'll find Darren tumbling in a gym, dancing at a Beyoncé concert, or volunteering in Atlanta.
