Nicole Walker graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2009 with a degree in Chemistry and minors in Mathematics and Environmental Studies. While in college, Nicole was an active member of the golf team, developing discipline and teamwork skills. After graduation, she joined Henkel (formerly Zotos International) as a chemical analyst. Nicole’s strong performance and dedication quickly led to a full-time position, followed by promotions to Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, and eventually overseeing both the Site’s Quality and EHS teams. Nicole values integrity and transparency to encourage a culture of honesty and collaboration within her team. Her technical expertise enables her to drive success, meet operational goals, and exceed safety standards. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mother of three and feels fortunate to balance a rewarding career with growing a family. She is committed to both her professional and personal growth, always striving for excellence.
