Loan Ngô is Vice President of Quality for Henkel Adhesives Technologies in North America. She loves technical work involved in making products that consumers use, or improving processes used to make those products, and developing team members’ capability to deliver quality product every time. In her 32-year career, Loan has held various technical, managerial, and leadership roles primarily in the manufacturing sector, making products for aerospace, automotive, and industrial coatings. She also has experience in the construction sector. She has served as a mentor and career coach for many in her career, and currently serves as a Board member of SparkPath, an organization that creates powerful learning experiences that challenge students to explore interests, discover new perspectives, connect with professionals in the community, and visualize their success beyond the classroom. She has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and four master’s degrees in manufacturing operations, strategic analytics, MBA, and financial management.
