Alyssa Podgorski is a Dairy Foods R&D Senior Technologist at Land O’Lakes with expertise in Biotechnology and Food Science. She holds dual B.S. degrees in Biotechnology and Spanish from Minnesota State University Mankato and a master’s degree in Food Science from Kansas State University. At Land O’Lakes, Alyssa leverages biotechnological innovations to advance food quality, sustainability, and safety, while strengthening supply chains and securing critical ingredients for key product lines. Beyond her technical contributions, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of scientists and engineers through the Society of Women Engineers and the University of Minnesota’s CFANS programs.
