Jocelyn Prewett is an Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics student at the University of Minnesota, graduating in May 2026. She enjoys hands-on technical and leadership challenges, from managing a high-power rocketry team to contributing to experimental fluid mechanics projects and the AIAA Design/Build/Fly competition. Her internship at Parker Hannifin has given her experience designing tooling, supporting production processes, and collaborating with engineers and machinists to bring projects from concept to reality.
Passionate about supporting women in STEM and learning from mentors, Jocelyn aims to help create environments where young engineers can grow and thrive. Outside of engineering, she enjoys snowmobiling, following NASCAR, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with friends over coffee.
Combining technical curiosity, leadership experience, and advocacy, she is committed to fostering inclusive, innovative spaces and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
