Jenni Johnson is the Technical Services Manager at Charter Contracting Company in Boston, Massachusetts, and a New Mexico Tech alumna (B.S. ‘18). At Charter, she is a part of the pre-construction team, where she is responsible for preparing environmental remediation construction proposals and schedules. Jenni’s SWE involvement began as a collegiate in 2016 and has since held multiple leadership roles. It started with her role as VP of her collegiate section. After graduating, she joined Central New Mexico SWE and became a Collegiate Counselor for her alma mater. Her first involvement with societal SWE was with the Local Host Committee, which then led to her role with the WE Local Advisory Board. Jenni then helped establish the Early Career Professionals Affinity Group (ECP AG), where she has held several leadership roles in the AG’s first four years, including Lead and Lead-Elect for the Early Career Professionals AG.
