Kimberly Hammer is an Advanced Lead Engineer at GE Aerospace working on the design of hot flowpath components for the CFM International RISE commercial engine of the future. She has been with GE for over 10 years and conducted countless interviews for Internships, Co-ops, and the Edison Engineering Development Program, which hires undergraduate and graduate level students in STEM to full-time, entry level positions. Kim has also conducted several dozens of interviews at multiple SWE conferences. She is also late-diagnosed neurodivergent and has completed both group and individual course work with a licensed therapist on recognizing, appreciating and utilizing the strengths of ADHD.
