Yas Baradaran Neuberger is an enthusiastic and well-rounded engineer, teacher, and mentor in the medical technology field, with over 25 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management. She is currently a Senior Principal R&D Engineer and Technical Fellow at Medtronic and has spent most of her career designing and developing implantable medical devices from early concept through commercialization, creating and improving test methods and processes, and leading activities across several technical teams and functions. In parallel she taught a college course in materials engineering for nearly a decade and has led and participated in STEM outreach activities for over two decades, applying her passion for teaching, guiding, and empowering future generations. Yas loves exploring through travel, learning about the universe, and expressing herself through color and creativity, often infusing art into professional content to enhance messaging and communication.
