Maya Harrell is a recent graduate of Georgia Tech (GT), where she earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a minor in International Business, graduating with highest honors in Fall 2024. Maya’s academic excellence was complemented by her leadership in GT-SWE, where she served as VP of Industry Relations and Technical Development.
During her time at Georgia Tech, Maya studied abroad in Southeast Asia, taking classes at prestigious universities such as the University of Singapore and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Maya secured multiple prestigious internship and full-time offers from industry leaders such as McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, Texas Instruments, Sam's Club, and a cardiovascular startup. Maya ultimately accepted a full-time offer with McKinsey & Company, where she began her career in January 2025. Most of her work is in the consumer industry and operations practice, bringing both technical know-how and a global perspective to her work.
