She has been with Honeywell for 20 years and has led various product development teams in Actuation Systems and Avionics for commercial and military applications without having a direct report.
Marnel is passionate about DEI and has been the Program Manager for the Honeywell SWE delegation for 8 years. She mentors project engineers and fosters their development of program management skills and dotted line efficiency through the Honeywell PE/PM academy.
