Kate Logan is a dynamic operations leader and Professional Engineer with nearly two decades of experience shaping the future of the waste and environmental services industry. Known for her analytical precision and people-first leadership, Kate has managed complex operations across multiple states – transforming challenges into opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation.
Throughout her 18-year career, Kate has held various leadership roles one where she oversaw 18 business units and 4,000 employees across Texas. Currently, she’s a Regional Engineer for Waste Connections in Southern California at a complex landfill leading improvements in compliance, infrastructure and long-term performance.
Kate is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and she also has her Professional Engineering License. Whether she’s optimizing complex systems or building stronger teams, Kate brings a rare balance of technical mastery, strategic foresight, and human connection to everything she does.
