Franchesca Vega is a Mechanical Engineering student at Universidad San Francisco de Quito with a strong commitment to leadership and inclusion in STEM. She serves as the Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter in Ecuador, organizing events that foster a supportive community for women in engineering. She is also the co-founder of Super 3D Land, a 3D printing venture where she applies her expertise in design, customer service, and social media management. As a student leader, Franchesca actively works to increase the visibility of women in engineering, create support networks, and build opportunities for future generations.
