Livia has 17 years of experience in global sales and business development within the mining industry. A Brazilian national, she began her journey at ABB as a trainee and has since grown through roles in ABB Brazil, Chile, and now Canada. Livia holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from FEI in Brazil and a master’s degree from the Catholic University in Chile.
In her most recent roles, Livia served as the Regional Sales Manager for North America, covering the Mining, Aluminum, and Cement industries, and as the Global Account Manager (GAM) responsible for Bechtel’s account. In 2023, she was appointed Global Head of Sales for the Business Line Mining. Additionally, Livia carries the Primus Inter Pares (PIP) Global Sales responsibilities for the Process Industries Division.
Together with her team, Livia works to help mining customers become leaner, safer, and cleaner by leveraging ABB’s leading technologies in electrification and automation.
