Ashley M. Mages is a Controls Engineer Supervisor at Boston Scientific and a passionate STEM advocate. She has led and organized STEM outreach events of all sizes, from small community-driven initiatives to large-scale programs with 200 participants. Ashley co-leads the Girl Scout Patch Day event at Boston Scientific, where she has volunteered for over a decade. This event was a key factor in her decision to join the company.

As an Alumni and Board member of the Jeremiah Program, Ashley saw the need to introduce STEM opportunities to families in the program. She successfully adapted large-scale events to a smaller, more intimate setting, ensuring accessibility for younger families with diverse experiences.

Ashley’s work focuses on making STEM education impactful and inclusive. Through her leadership and hands-on experience, she continues to inspire the next generation by creating engaging STEM opportunities in every community.
