Kadé Diallo Sutherland started her professional career with Caterpillar Inc. 6 years ago, after obtaining her Purdue mechanical engineering degree. Back then, she started her journey as a design engineer for the LPSD Air Systems group — working on turbochargers and heat shields. Now, she is an NPI Team Leader for motor graders in Earthmoving — pushing our new products into production. As a young professional who is mapping out her career, Kadé is still trying to decide if managing people is the right path for her.
