Justin Koo is a senior Equipment engineer at GlobalFoundries Singapore, holding a B.Eng (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the National University of Singapore while currently pursuing a M.Sc (Industrial and Systems Engineering) degree. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is part of GF Singapore’s in-house leadership development program.
Passionate in mentoring the next generation, he mentors students under Singapore Semiconductor Association’s Semiconductor Active Youth Program, and is actively involved in outreach programs targeted towards the youth. He was also awarded the 2025 SEMI SEA Emerging Young Leader award.
