Similarly, new perspectives can transform a floundering SWE section and/ or affiliate into an engaging one. In this session, learn how to revitalize your section and spark participation in your events. The session will provide an overview of different strategies to engage members, reach out to new members, and get the local community involved in your cause. Attendees will learn techniques on how to recruit section board volunteers as well as lock-in interest for future involvement within section leadership.
