Jen is a seasoned enterprise AI and Data transformation leader in Financial Services. Jen engages with business, analytics, risk, and technology executives to help realize tangible ROI through data & AI initiatives. Her thought leadership has been recognized through industry speakerships, particularly in emerging areas of GenAI adoption, value realization, and AI risk governance. Jen has successfully guided organizations through large-scale AI programs, integrating emerging technologies, business processes, controls, data, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise spans risk stripes across financial, model, operational, data, and AI / Gen AI risk, including extensive expertise in the end-to-end model lifecycle and compliance to key financial regulations.
Jen graduated from Columbia University with a BS in Operations Research Engineering Management Systems and a Minor in Economics. A firm believer in the power of education and mentorship, Jen is passionate about inspiring women in STEM and is a frequent speaker at events aimed to foster female leaders in AI. In her free time, Jen enjoys surfing and skiing.
