Lydia Walls is a Senior College Relations Specialist in Talent Acquisition at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. In this role, Walls fosters and maintains relationships with universities across the United States to effectively coordinate career fairs and engagement events. Her efforts ensure a steady pipeline of talented candidates for Honda’s various entry level positions.
Walls joined Honda in 2021 as a Co-op & Internship Program Coordinator, where she was responsible for scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, and planning co- op/intern events. Prior to joining Honda, Walls held various human resources and recruitment roles in the automotive industry.
Walls has a B.S. in Exercise Science with minor in Business from Wright State
University. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is passionate about real estate and is a licensed Ohio REALTOR®. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and indulging in reality TV.
