Director of Operations
Mortenson
Erin is the Director of Operations for Mortenson’s EV and Microgrid Infrastructure business. She is a construction industry veteran who has been building facilities throughout the country for two decades. As one of the industry’s and Mortenson’s most notable women, she has successfully led several of the company’s cultural and corporate projects while also spearheading many initiatives (e.g., LEED accreditation trainings, foreman trainings, and Women's Affinity Groups)
She is a proven leader in managing a collaborative team that is focused on the project’s overall success and exceeding customer expectations. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a LEED accredited professional and a Design Build Institute of America Associate. Erin is involved with a number of local organizations including UW-Madison Civil & Environmental Engineering Visiting Committee and Girls on the Run.
