Claudia Gilles is Vice President of Human Resources for Intel’s Corporate & Intel Products Group HR org. In this role, Claudia partners with group leaders and staff to architect and execute HR strategies and programs in support of Intel’s growth and vision of the future.
Claudia joined Intel in 2014, since then has held several roles. She has become a leader in driving change within HR and the business. A role model of our Intel culture, Claudia is the recipient of two Intel Achievement Awards (IAAs). She is an active member of the Intel LatinX Leadership Network (ILLN), and a passionate coach and mentor, contributing to the growth and success of many across HR and Intel.
In addition to leading teams in BHR, she has been highly engaged in HR projects across Intel, such as Insights, Rewards and Performance Management. Before joining Intel, Claudia’s career included roles in HR, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing. She was the HR Director for Masco leading a full array of HR activities. Prior to joining Masco, Claudia took an operational role within Crown Cork & Seal as a Production Manager leading manufacturing, quality, and safety. Before this role, Claudia was a regional HR Director for Lufthansa responsible for HR across Latin America. Claudia started her HR career as a HR Manager for Valeo after earning her
BS in Psychology from Universidade Paulista in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Originally from Brazil, Claudia resides in Sacramento, CA with her family.
She holds four Senior HR Professional Certifications: SHRM – SCP, SPHR, GPHR and PHR-California and was awarded Lifetime Member of the SHRM Sacramento Area HR Association, where she served 8 years as a volunteer and was President of the Board.
