Actalent
Christina is director of the clinical development services global practice at Actalent,
where she leads the organization’s delivery of fully outsourced, project-based, and
staffing services across the clinical research industry. Christina has been with the
organization for 13 years, first as clinical recruiter leveraging her chemistry
background to sell scientific talent solutions, eventually becoming a senior delivery
manager for clinical services. Christina most recently served as director of
organizational development, leading implementation of Actalent’s overarching
business strategies and internal communications. Christina earned her Bachelor of
Science in chemistry from the College of New Jersey. She is passionate about
leading with authenticity and creating spaces where all perspectives are valued and
amplified.
