Bose Public Affairs Group
Della Cronin is a principal at Bose Public Affairs Group in Washington, DC. She has over 25 years of experience in education and research policy, legislative and regulatory processes, fundraising and public affairs, having worked for a broad array of STEM, civil rights, education and research interests.
STEM education and policies affecting women in education and the workplace have been an area of focus for Della. In recent years she has been involved in efforts to address the disproportionate effect of the pandemic on women working in STEM fields, to preserve adequate federal investments in education, and to connect education interests to the workforce needs of the country. That work drew from her expertise in K-12, higher education, research and STEM education policies and programs and resulted in changes to federal education and research statutes. Right now, she is working on varied issues, including supporting STEM workers who want to re-enter the workforce, artificial intelligence education and policy, as well as federal support for afterschool, STEM education, undergraduate research and other important education and research issues.
Della holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in political science from Virginia Tech
