As Vice President and District Manager, Sarah manages FlatironDragados operations in Northern California, with approximately $800M in yearly revenues and more than 400 employees. Since joining FlatironDragados in 1998 as an intern, Sarah has held various leadership roles, like VP of Project Controls and Project Manager, which contributed to the development of her operations expertise.
Sarah has worked on and managed iconic projects such as the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Skyway Project, the first contract over $1B to be awarded by Caltrans, and the John James Audubon Bridge in Louisiana. She has a track record of success in project management and is passionate about inclusion throughout the construction industry. She participates in the Women in Heavy Civil Committee for the Beaver’s Organization, which creates scholarships and programming to advance women to leadership within the construction industry.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
