Enikő Rózsa is a Distinguished Engineer at IBM, with a 30+ year career delivering innovative conversational, generative, and agentic AI solutions across industries. A problem-solver at heart, she integrates emerging AI technologies to tackle complex challenges.
An accomplished inventor, Enikő holds multiple patents in NLP and usability, and co-authored the book "Effective Conversational AI," about best practices for enterprise-grade chatbots. Her passion for AI began with co-inventing an ontology-based dialogue system, transforming client self-service.
A dedicated SWE mentor and member of the SWE Technical Career Path AG, she has presented at multiple SWE conferences, covering topics from AI ethics and governance to career navigation.
