Blanca Diaz is a Vice President & Construction Executive for Turner Construction Company. Blanca received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and immediately joined the Construction Industry. She has worked with Turner Construction for over 19 years, in
multiple roles, including pre-construction, engineering, and project management. She has touched multiple market-sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Technology, and worked in multiple regions including West Coast, Turner International (Mexico), and
Midwest. Currently, Blanca is responsible for a large team on a mega-scale Data Center project, driving her team towards safety, quality, and operational excellence. On a personal note, Blanca is the 2nd of 6 children from an immigrant family. Her hobbies include family, friends, food, and fitness. She has a passion for team building and mentorship and is active in multiple professional organizations, including: Turner’s Women Leadership Committee, Turner’s Mosaic ERG, NAWIC, and 7x24 Exchange.
