Kate is the Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction’s Chicago office, leading a team of over 250 employees and overseeing more than $700 million in annual revenue. In this role, Kate shapes the strategy and culture of the office, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. A founding member of Turner’s Inclusion Action Committee, Kate is committed to building a diverse pipeline of future leaders who reflect the communities where Turner operates. Kate holds a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and is a licensed architect. She began her career in architecture, working in New Orleans, Ft. Lauderdale, and Chicago before joining Turner in 2008 as a Project Manager. She transitioned into business development in 2016 and was named VP & General Manager in 2019. Outside of work, Kate enjoys cooking, traveling, golfing, and skiing with her husband, Rich, and their two daughters, Ava and Olivia.
