Maggie Norland is currently a Packaging Technical Engineer at PepsiCo. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. After starting her career as an intern at the Cedar Rapids Quaker Oats manufacturing plant in 2019, she joined the Quaker Division Engineering team full-time upon graduation. Since then, she has managed capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities, spending much of her time working on-site and serving as a liaison between the manufacturing facilities and their headquarters-based partners. She continues to work closely with all North American Quaker Oats facilities as a technical leader, responsible for establishing and driving a strategy for end-of-line packaging equipment and filling technologies across the Quaker network.
