Erica Mui Nowak is the Quaker Engineering Innovation Lead for the 1NA Supply Chain Engineering team at PepsiCo, where she serves as a liaison between technical and cross-functional groups to help launch new and interesting products. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors in Agricultural & Biological Engineering, concentrating in Food & Bioprocessing, and an international engineering minor. After joining the company as a campus hire in 2015, Erica’s 10 year career is sprinkled with variety as she’s held roles in Supply Chain operations, engineering and productivity as well as Research and Development. She resides in the Chicagoland area with her partner & 1 year old.
