Eileen Naski is the Director of ICC Optimization & Scheduling at Phillips 66 where she leads a team focused on ensuring seamless integration, scheduling, and optimization of P66’s midstream operations. Eileen has over 17 years of energy industry experience, beginning as an entry-level engineering technician at DCP Midstream and has crossed multiple other functions in her career including business development, strategy, and operations. She has led multiple teams through both digital and cultural transformation journeys and has extensive experience in translating data into real-time decisions that increase the efficiency and profitability of Phillips 66’s midstream assets. Eileen holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, which she earned in 2018 while balancing a full-time career and growing family. Eileen, her husband Jake, and two daughters live near Houston, Texas.
