Madison Spangler is a Director, New Technologies, Midstream at Phillips 66. Her diverse experience in the oil and gas industry spans 14 years and includes roles ranging from process safety to project management to investor relations.
In her current role, Madison leads technology implementations aimed to drive efficiency and improve work quality. Examples of these projects include streamlining driving routes for field personnel whose areas of coverage span hundreds of miles and utilizing AI technology to optimize maintenance work scheduling and reduce operational downtime.
Madison holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University. She’s been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2015 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) since 2017.
In her spare time, she chases her daughter, Elliot (6), and son, Baker (3), from soccer games to gymnastics practice to violin lessons. Her husband, Nate, is a fellow engineer, making for riveting dinnertime conversation.
