Sarah Gall is the Remote Operations and Optimization Manager for Phillips 66, leading the company's operations control centers and supporting technology for their midstream operations. With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, Sarah began her career with BP as a process engineer before joining DCP (later acquired by Phillips 66). She has held positions of increasing responsibility including process engineering, supervision of natural gas processing and gathering operations, development of DCP’s 2.0 technology transformation program, and management of commercial and business development. She currently leads a cross-functional operations, engineering and technology team responsible for P66 Midstream regulated control centers, operations collaboration center and automation technologies. Sarah has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and lives in the Houston area with her husband, Jake.
