Dayna R. Johnson, PE, F. SWE

Dayna Johnson is the Director of Technical Consulting for Sustainable Growth Solutions at Ecolab. She has spent time working in municipal civil engineering consulting prior and in a variety of commercial roles at GE Vernova prior to joining Ecolab. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering and a Master of Engineering Management from Valparaiso University, and she is a licensed professional engineer.

Johnson has been an active member of SWE since joining as a collegiate member. She has served in all levels of leadership, culminating in her service as FY23 Board of Directors President. She has received the Distinguished New Engineer Award (2011), Emerging Leader Award (2018), and SWE Fellow (2024).
Johnson resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband, their two sons, and their two dogs. When she isn’t working with SWE, she enjoys hiking, home improvement projects, and baking cakes for her family.
