Karen Reeder is a highly skilled Lead Project Manager with over 21 years of experience. She began her career as a Procurement Advisor for ExxonMobil, where she laid the foundation for her expertise in procurement, overseeing long lead equipment purchase orders and managing project contracts. Karen has over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, managing complex projects, earning her Project Manager title.
In 2020, Karen transitioned from oil and gas to retail and distribution, joining Target as a Lead Project Manager on the Supply Chain Activation and Sustaining Team. Her extensive experience in procurement and facility engineering led her to be part of the team that launched Target’s first Flow Center.
Karen has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from South Carolina State University. She is the current president of NSBE Houston, and a member of the ASME, SWE and the Project Management Institute.
